The Rockefeller Institute’s complete meeting package makes it easy and convenient to reserve meeting space. Services
We have dedicated 17,000 square feet of our facility as meeting space. We offer 83 lodging rooms on site. Also, business and technology services, including video projection, are provided upon request.
Access
As our guest, you will have 24-hour access to our fitness and recreational facilities, which include an indoor basketball and tennis court, boathouse, a three-level fitness center and more.
Buffet services for breakfast and lunch are provided along with continuous food and beverage items during designated break times. Dinner can be served or buffet style.
Conveniences
Other conveniences are located less than 30 minutes from our site. The 6,000-foot Petit Jean Airport is a five-minute drive from the Rockefeller Institute (shuttle service will be provided). A golf course is available at the Chamberlyne Country Club in nearby Danville.
Rates
Our all-inclusive meeting price is $169 per person, per day (single occupancy). Individual pricing options are as follows:
- Food Service: $75 per person, per day
- Dinner: $34
- Lunch: $15
- Breakfast: $12.50
- Breaks: $6.75 each
- Lodging: $79 per room
- Conference Services: $15 per person, per day
Note: A 20% food service charge will be added to all food and beverage services.
