Chef-On-Call

Chef-On-Call, is designed to make our popular Saturday Chef’s Series classes available to you, your family and friends as a private event. Chef-On-Call, is designed to make our popular Saturday Chef’s Series classes available to you, your family and friends as a private event. This program allows organized groups to schedule special sessions of any of the classes already offered as part of the current Saturday Chef’s Series. All classes are taught by Chef John Leonardis. Other important information to note:

  • Chef-On-Call is available to groups of one to 18 participants.  The group must identify one key contact person who will make all the arrangements for the class.
  • The set fee for a Chef-On-Call class is $2000, which must be paid in full in advance. This fee covers all instructional costs and lunch for up to 18 participants. There are no discounts for groups smaller than 18. Groups larger than 18 cannot be accommodated in one session.
  • Chef-On-Call classes can be scheduled for any day of the week, based on staff and facility availability.
  • Each Chef-On-Call class will last 6-7 hours and will follow the same curriculum developed for the Saturday Chef’s Series.
