New Year's Eve Celebration to Benefit St. Anthony's Medical Center

PETIT JEAN MOUNTAIN, Ark. (Dec. 11, 2009) – Winthrop Rockefeller Institute’s Lodge and Conference Center will host a New Year’s Eve fundraising celebration beginning Thursday, Dec. 31, at 7 p.m. until Friday, Jan. 1, at 12:30 a.m. In an effort to reflect Gov. Winthrop Rockefeller’s commitment to philanthropy, a portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit St. Anthony's Medical Center.

The night will begin with an elegant, upscale dinner at River Rock Grill featuring carving, salad and dessert stations. Guests will ring in the New Year atop scenic Petit Jean Mountain with dancing, live entertainment by Flashback and a midnight toast. The New Year’s Eve package is $89 per person.

Lodging is available for those who wish to stay overnight. Reservations and pre-payment are required. To make reservations for the New Year’s Eve fundraising event and/or overnight lodging at the Rockefeller Institute’s Lodge and Conference Center, call (501) 727-5435 on or before Dec. 30.
