This film looks at the shortage of Arkansas milk sold in the state paired with an out-of-date bureaucratic process through which farmers receive pay that is causing Arkansas dairy farms to go out of business at a rate of three or more farms a month. Spilled Milk has won the Achievement of Filmmaking at the Hot Springs Documentary Film Festival, Best Political Documentary, and the Founders Choice for Best Documentary (short) at the New York International Independent Film and Video Festival.

Join filmmaker and director Brent Bailey, UA Division of Agriculture dairy specialist Dr. Jodie Pennington, Arkansas State Representative Johnny Hoyt, and Woody Bryant, dairy farmer and Chairman of the Arkansas Milk Stabilization Board, for a frank, interactive discussion about the future of the dairy industry in the state and what steps can be taken to preserve Arkansas dairies.
