Conference Dining

From barbecues at the boathouse to plated fine dining meals, the Rockefeller Institute can fulfill your culinary desires.  Executive Chef Heather Welch is on hand to help you plan memorable meals for your group.  If you are planning a meeting, a complete menu or a special buffet can be arranged.

Using the freshest ingredients available, our executive chef plans all meals to be delicious and healthy. Vegetarians will enjoy our plentiful options, and we will happily meet all other dietary needs.

Your time at the Rockefeller Institute begins with a delicious full breakfast that can include fresh waffles, omelets made to order or eggs benedict. Lunch can range from housemade quiche to fajitas to fried catfish. Dinner features a full salad bar, housemade soups, breads, desserts and a range of entrees from beef tenderloin filets to fresh fish. Throughout the day, we offer beverages and snacks, including our house-made baked goods and fresh fruit.

Attention Members and Guests

The Rockefeller Institute now features a private club where our guests can relax after hours. Come warm yourself by the fireplace, view our serene 310-foot water feature as you dine on the patio, or watch the game on the flat screen, high-definition television.  We also proudly brew Starbucks coffee.  While we are a private club, memberships are free.
